and Oriental Medicine. Thai Massage is done fully clothed on a
Futon mattress. Most of the stretches are performed lying down with a short
period of sitting. By alternating between rhythmical palm presses, thumb presses and the feet, the desired release of muscle tension can be achieved. The whole body is massaged and the main Zen line is always worked (comparable to the Meridians of Chinese).
