Christine Stineman:
NIA
|
"I love to dance and share the joy of movement
with others. Growing up in Connecticut, I took ballet, tap and jazz
classes as a child. In my twenties, it was live music that fed my
passion for dancing. Shortly after turning 30, I discovered Nia. My very
good friend and fellow Nia teacher taught a class on the morning of her
wedding. Although I stumbled with the choreography, I was immediately hooked.
I knew Nia was for me and took my White Belt training a month later. I
also attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts seeking a better understanding
of somatic healing and became a massage therapist. I now live in St. Petersburg
with my husband Matt and our two dogs living the dream practicing massage
therapy and teaching Nia Technique. I hope you'll come dance with me!" |
