Becky Proctor

As a newcomer to the area, I sampled classes at several yoga studios. Then I asked a fellow yoga instructor who is also a physical therapist for a recommendation. The answer was Denise Glueck at Yoga Moves. Denise has the experience, skill and understanding of alignment that broadens my own practice which I pass on to my own students. She cares about her students and her kind heart shines through in all that she does. Yoga Moves is my safe place.
